We decided to upgrade our townhouse in Milton in Fall 2017. Adnan came highly recommended by a close friend. We invited him for a discovery meeting and found him to be professional, prompt and knowledgeable. Having only bought in our last transaction several years ago, we found Adnan’s advice invaluable. He walked us through the process and set the right expectations upfront. For our sale we relied on his research and advice to arrive at a listing price and our minimum acceptable price. He was helpful in setting up our place for pictures by providing tips on how to make the place look appealing. He sent a photographer over who was courteous and efficient. Adnan printed us marketing brochures and allowed us to work with him to put together listing details (free format). Our place sold on the first day of listing for 99.2% of asking which was above our minimum acceptable. Adnan promptly facilitated for inspection and conditions to be outlined and completed. We were very satisfied with our sale thanks to his help. For our purchase Adnan was very patient in taking us around the neighborhood and narrowing down properties that met our requirements. We started our search to buy before listing but waited until we firmed up the sale before, we started making offers for purchase. Adnan was able to recommend or set aside properties based on his knowledge and familiarity with our needs. After several trips we liked several properties and ended up making three different offers.
